LinkedIn rental by country

How renting out your LinkedIn profile works where you live: how the money reaches you, who you declare it to, and which local rules to check before you earn from it.

Check whether your profile fits

LinkedIn’s User Agreement prohibits this directly. Its Don’ts (section 8.2) bar members from renting, leasing or otherwise monetising access to the service, and from using another member’s account, including by sharing log-in credentials or copying cookies. LinkedIn may restrict, suspend or permanently close an account it believes is shared, without warning. Read the full risk page before you apply.

The short answer

LinkedIn rental means letting a vetted team run approved B2B outreach from an account you already own, in return for a fixed monthly fee paid daily. It runs remotely, so what changes from one country to the next is practical: which payment routes work, how the income is declared, and what your employer, visa or local law says. Those differences are real, and they are what these pages cover.

What stays the same everywhere

  • You approve the work. Target lists and message templates come to you first, and your blocklist applies.
  • One figure, after a review. A specialist quotes one monthly figure, normally within three business days, or says the profile is not a fit. We publish no earnings numbers.
  • Daily payment. From the day your campaign goes live, in USD, or in INR for owners in India.
  • You never pay us. Anyone claiming to be ExtraProfile and asking you for money is not us.
  • The LinkedIn risk is yours, in every country. LinkedIn's rules apply worldwide, and our risk page sets out what can happen.

Demand is not even across countries

Most companies buying outreach sell into the US market, so US-located senior profiles sit in the busiest part of the market. Elsewhere, demand comes from companies selling into that country or language, and it is narrower and lumpier. A profile from a smaller market can be valuable and still wait a long time for a match. Does your country matter? explains why.

Businesses: renting LinkedIn accounts for outreach

If you are a company looking for LinkedIn accounts to run outreach, start with our page for businesses. ExtraProfile is operated by the team behind TechInRent, which sells B2B outreach services.

Questions about where you live

Is LinkedIn rental available in my country?

We do not publish a list of eligible countries, and we would rather say so than print one we cannot stand behind. A specialist reviews the actual profile. Ask in the notes box when you apply if you want a straight answer for your country first. The pages here cover how payment, tax and local rules differ, not who is accepted.

Can I earn passive income from LinkedIn wherever I live?

You can earn a fixed monthly fee, paid daily, for hosting approved B2B outreach on an account you already have, and it takes little of your time. It is not risk-free: LinkedIn prohibits renting account access and can restrict or close the account, and that risk stays with you. Demand also varies, because most buyers sell into the US market.

How do you pay people outside India?

In USD, by PayPal, Wise, direct bank transfer or stablecoin (USDT/USDC), but not all of those work everywhere. Each country page shows which routes are realistic locally. Owners based in India are paid in INR by UPI or bank transfer.

Why is there no page for my city or state?

Because nothing about this service changes by city. It runs remotely, and payment and tax rules are almost always set nationally. Where a state or region does change something, such as state income tax in the United States, the country page covers it.

Your country not listed?

That is not a no. These pages exist where we have checked the local details. Apply and tell us where you are in the notes box.
