Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and your submission of an application. They are not the engagement agreement itself. If we accept your application you will receive a separate written contract, and that contract governs the actual arrangement.
1. About this service
ExtraProfile (“we”, “us”) connects professionals who have established LinkedIn networks with businesses seeking qualified B2B outreach. Professionals receive a fixed monthly payment for hosting approved outreach campaigns on their profile.
Submitting an application does not create an engagement, guarantee acceptance, or oblige either party to anything.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must be the genuine owner of the LinkedIn profile you submit.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Submitting a profile you do not own or control is grounds for immediate rejection and termination.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in your application.
- Disclose any existing restrictions, employer constraints or prior account penalties affecting the profile.
- Respond within 48 hours when we need a verification code or a decision.
- Do not apply on behalf of another person.
- Maintain your own compliance with any employment contract, professional body rule or local law that applies to you.
4. Platform compliance and acknowledgement of risk
Please read this section carefully before applying
LinkedIn's User Agreement requires that account holders do not permit any other person to use their account. An arrangement of the kind described on this website is inconsistent with that requirement. LinkedIn may restrict, suspend or permanently close an account that it believes is being shared or operated by a third party.
By submitting an application and by entering into any subsequent engagement, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The arrangement does not comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement, and nothing on this website should be read as a representation that it does.
- LinkedIn may restrict, suspend or permanently close your account, and may do so without warning or explanation.
- That risk rests with you. No term of any agreement with us removes or transfers it.
- We cannot and do not indemnify you against loss of your account, your connections, or any opportunity connected to them.
- You are solely responsible for checking your own employment contract, professional obligations and applicable local law before proceeding.
- You are entering into the arrangement voluntarily, having been informed of the above.
5. Specific risks you accept
The following outcomes are possible. This list is not exhaustive.
- Account restriction. A temporary lock, typically requiring identity verification to lift.
- Permanent account closure. Less common, but it does occur — and it takes your accumulated network with it.
- Reputational effect. Messages are sent under your name. A poorly received campaign reflects on you personally.
- Employer or contractual conflict. Your employment contract or company policy may prohibit commercial use of your professional identity.
- Loss of platform features. Restrictions may affect access to LinkedIn features you rely on, including job search.
- Tax obligations. Payments are income. We do not withhold tax and you are responsible for declaring it.
Who should not proceed
We recommend against applying if any of the following describe you:
- Your LinkedIn profile is how you find work or clients.
- You are job-hunting now or expect to be within the next year.
- Your employment contract restricts outside commercial use of your professional identity.
- Losing access to the account would cause you material harm.
6. How we mitigate risk
We take the following measures. They reduce risk; they do not eliminate it, and we make no guarantee of any outcome.
- Campaign activity is kept conservatively below LinkedIn's published thresholds.
- Access originates from a consistent residential IP address in your region, never a datacentre.
- Volume ramps gradually over the first three weeks rather than starting at full rate.
- We avoid third-party automation tooling that the platform actively fingerprints.
- Campaign activity is scheduled around your own usage to avoid concurrent sessions.
- We halt activity immediately on any warning signal and notify you the same day.
- You are paid in full for the month even if we pause a campaign.
7. Our commitments to you
- We charge you nothing, at any stage, for any reason.
- We will not post publicly, comment, react, or alter your profile in any way.
- We will not contact your existing connections, colleagues or your own employer.
- We will honour the blocklist you set during onboarding and any additions to it.
- We will provide a monthly log of all activity carried out on your profile.
- We will pause on request, and cease all access when an engagement ends.
- We will not share your access details with clients or anyone else, and we won't show a client who you are unless you've told us it's fine.
8. Payment terms
- Rates are quoted individually after review, in USD, and confirmed in the engagement agreement.
- Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of a specific amount.
- Payment is made monthly on a fixed date, by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or stablecoin.
- Your first payment is made 30 days after your campaign goes live.
- You are paid in full for any month in which we pause a campaign for reasons on our side.
- You are responsible for any tax arising on payments received.
9. Term, suspension and termination
- The initial term is three months from campaign launch.
- After the initial term either party may terminate on 30 days' written notice, with no penalty.
- You may request an immediate pause at any time, for any reason.
- We may suspend or terminate immediately if you provide false information, if the account is restricted, or if continuing would breach applicable law.
- On termination we cease all access. You should change your password and revoke active sessions immediately.
10. Data, identity and confidentiality
How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Client target lists, campaign content and commercial terms disclosed to you are confidential and must not be shared.
When a client asks to see your profile
By default a client only sees a summary — industry, seniority, region, roughly how large your network is, and when you're available. Your name, contact details and profile link aren't part of that.
A client thinking about going ahead may want to see the actual profile first. We only share your name and public LinkedIn profile with a client if you've agreed to it beforehand. When you have:
- We send that one client a private link covering only the profiles they're considering.
- The link runs out on its own after a couple of weeks, and we can switch it off sooner at any time.
- Search engines can't find it, and we keep a record of when it's opened.
- Your email address, phone number, payment details and the amount we pay you are never included.
- We ask the client in writing to keep it to themselves, not pass it on, and to come through us rather than contacting you.
You can change your mind whenever you like. Tell the person from our team who contacted you (by phone or WhatsApp), or email info@extraprofile.com, and we'll switch off any links still open. Two things worth knowing: something a client has already seen can't be taken back, and while we ask every client to keep it to themselves, we can't control what someone else does once they've seen it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: loss of your LinkedIn account; loss of connections or network; reputational harm; lost business, clients or employment opportunity; or any indirect or consequential loss arising from account restriction, suspension or closure.
Our total aggregate liability in any circumstance is limited to the total fees paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. No professional advice
Nothing on this website or in these terms constitutes legal, tax, financial or employment advice. You should take your own independent advice before deciding whether to proceed.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above and, where you have an active engagement, communicated to you directly.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and the courts of the United States have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
