What ExtraProfile is

ExtraProfile pays professionals a fixed monthly fee to host vetted B2B outreach on a LinkedIn account they already own. You keep using LinkedIn as you always have. An outreach team sends approved connection requests and replies from your profile, inside limits you set in writing, and you are paid on a fixed date each month.

We are the owner's side of that arrangement. Everything on this site is written for the person who owns the profile, not the company paying for the campaign.

Who operates ExtraProfile

ExtraProfile is operated by the team behind TechInRent, which sells B2B outreach services to businesses. The two sides fit together: TechInRent's clients want outreach that comes from a credible profile, and ExtraProfile is where the professionals who own those profiles are paid to host it.

We state that here rather than leaving you to work it out. If you would rather your profile were not used for a sister company's client work, that is a reasonable place to stop, and no one will chase you.

What the arrangement is

The full detail is in our Terms & Conditions, and the engagement agreement you would sign is a separate document. In outline:

• Your rate is quoted individually in USD after a specialist reviews your profile. We publish no headline figure, because one number across every profile would be wrong.
• You approve every target list and message template before a campaign starts, and the blocklist you set during onboarding — employers, competitors, whole industries — is enforced for the whole engagement.
• We never post, comment or react publicly as you, and we never change your headline, photo, bio or work history.
• You get a monthly log of everything sent from your profile.
• Payment is monthly on a fixed date by PayPal, Wise, bank transfer or stablecoin. Your first payment is made 30 days after your campaign goes live, and you are paid in full for any month we pause a campaign for reasons on our side.
• You are never charged anything, at any stage. Money only moves toward you.
• The initial term is three months from launch. After that either side can end it on 30 days' written notice, with no penalty. You can ask for an immediate pause at any time.
• Payments are income and we do not withhold tax. Declaring it is yours to handle.

The part we cannot make comfortable

That risk sits with you and nothing in any agreement with us moves it. We work to reduce it — conservative volumes, a consistent residential connection in your region, a gradual ramp, activity scheduled around your own usage, a same-day halt on any warning signal — and none of that removes it. How we work with that risk sets out what we do and what we cannot do, and sections 4 and 5 of the Terms set out what you take on.

Our own Terms advise against applying if your profile is how you find work or clients, if you are job hunting now or expect to be within the year, if your employment contract restricts commercial use of your professional identity, or if losing the account would cause you real harm. If you are job hunting, read this first.

What we do not publish

You will not find earnings figures, client counts, testimonials or review scores anywhere on this site. We have none we can evidence, and a number we cannot stand behind is worse than no number. What we will tell you is what your rate depends on — industry, seniority, account age and history, region, profile completeness and how long you commit — and then quote your account specifically.

How to reach us

Email info@extraprofile.com about eligibility, an application in progress, a payment, or to end an engagement. A person reads it.

Two things we will never do: ask you for money, and ask you for a password or a verification code for anything other than the LinkedIn account under an active engagement. If a message claiming to be ExtraProfile does either, it is not us — forward it to the address above.
